1. Why should I apply?

    As a part of this arrangement the student is exposed to the French Language and culture while he is completing the modules in India. Compared to a student moving directly to France, a student going through this Pathway arrangement has a good advantage as he is aware of the language and culture of the French people, thereby easing his life out as one can easily get good Internships and Placements due to language proficiency.
  • 3. Cost saving program:

    As a result of the pathway arrangement, the student completes his BAC+ 4 level credits here in India itself, thereby making him eligible to complete his Full Masters or BAC+5 level program in just one year in France. This results in huge cost savings and both the education and living expenses in India (Pune) are not as high as in France. A student ends up saving up to INR 9-10 lakhs.
  • 4. 120 ECTS Credits leading to Visa Extension:

    On successful completion of BAC + 5 level Full Masters program, the student gets the required 120 ECTS credits which help him to get good career opportunities as well as Visa Extension.

2. How can I take admission?

  • STEP 1) APPLICATION FORM:

    Students can Apply Online using the Online Application Software incorporated in the Admissions Menu of the website. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

    Student also needs to upload softcopies of the following documents: 1

    • 10th Certificate
    • 12th Certificate
    • Graduation Degree Certificate
    • Resume
    • Work experience certificates if any
    • PG Certificates if any
    • Passport first and last page
    • SOP – Statement of Purpose
    • Language Proficiency Document in English and French

  • STEP 2) PROFILE REVIEW

    On receipt of the application and documents, the admissions committee will evaluate the candidate and schedule his first round of telephonic / skype/ face to face interview.
  • STEP 3) INTERVIEW

    If the candidate clears the first round, a second round of interview will be scheduled with the IDRAC Business School Representative from France.
  • STEP 4) SELECTION LETTER

    IDRAC Business School will issue a Selection Letter to candidates selected by IDRAC Business School Representative.
  • STEP 5) REGISTRATION FEES

    On receiving Selection Letter, student will be given a fixed amount of time to register to the course by paying Registration Fees.
  • STEP 6) ADMISSION CONFIRMATION LETTER

    On receiving Registration Fees from Student, IDRAC Business School will issue Admission Confirmation Letter (format attached).
  • STEP 7) PAY FIRST INSTALLMENT OF FEES:

    Student will pay Euros 5000 to IDRAC India Centre as 1st Instalment of Fees.

3. What is the Selection Process?

The chart above gives a rough estimate of monthly expenses of an Individual Indian Student. However based on personal choices of students this budget will either increase or decrease. This is just an indicative budget.

5. When and how will the visa be processed?

Stage 1) Confirming your admission:

To start the Visa Process a student first needs to confirm his/her admission in any one of the Programs offered at IDRAC India Centre. This involves completion of the document submission formalities and Fees Payment as per Fee Structure requirement.

Stage 2) Joining the program in Pune:

You need to physically come to IDRAC India Centre and join the classes.

Stage 3) Fulfilling all the Document requirements:

You need to make available all the documents required for applying for Visa. The checklist of documents is as follows:

  1. Grade XII / 10+2 (ISC, CBSE, PUC or equivalent) – marks card and pass certificate

  2. Bachelor degree certificate (Provisional degree certificate / Course completion certificate) and marks cards (if applicable).

  3. Master degree certificate (Course completion certificate) and marks cards (if applicable).

  4. Categories 1, 2 & 4 (Ref. below) - Acceptance / admission letter from the French Institution

  5. Category 3 (Ref. below) - Letters from the institution in India & France, stating that the student is part of an exchange program

  6. Category 5 (Ref. below) - Letter from the university/laboratory/organization stating that the student has been accepted for an internship program

  7. Language test certifications if required by your institution in France

  8. Passport (valid for the entire duration of the course)

  9. Curriculum vitae / resume

  10. Experience Letter (if applicable)

  11. Payment acknowledgement slip from BNP Paribas.

Stage 4) Creating profiles on Campus France and VFS websites:

You need to create your individual profiles on the Campus France and VFS websites. You also need to upload the required documents and pay the Fees.

Stage 5) Getting a NOC from Campus France:

You need to schedule an appointment with a Campus France official to get your Documents verified and appear personally in for an Interaction with the official.

If the official finds everything in order and finds your application up to the mark, then an NOC to apply through VFS is issued else corrections are suggested.

Stage 6) Schedule appointment with VFS:

On receiving the NOC from Campus France, you can schedule appointment with VFS. You can visit VFS office on the specific date and time with all required documents and readiness to pay the required fees. Submit your Visa application with all necessary documents.

Stage 7) Receive Visa Status:

After successful submission of the Application and documents with VFS, within 7 to 8 working days you will either receive your passport with visa status at the address provided by you or you may need to collect the passport from the same VFS office where you submitted the application.

7. Who will award the Final Degree?

The final Degree will be awarded by IDRAC Business School, France on successful completion of the Program.

After successful completion of Studies in IDRAC India Centre, IDRAC Business School – France will Issue a Transcript / Marksheet indicating your performance. This transcript will indicate that you can now transfer to IDRAC, France and complete the 12 months modules.


8. Will I need to Learn French?

Yes, you need to learn French. IDRAC India Centre has tied up with the World’s Best French Training organisation Alliance Francaise to conduct French Language classes during your study in India.

A exhaustive curriculum of around 150 hours, which includes classroom as well as lab training has been designed and a student can easily attain a A1 level mastery on French.


9. What are the Fees? Can I pay in instalments?

The total Program Fees are € 17,000 plus INR 50,000 Registration Fees.

10. Can I take a Bank Loan?

Yes all nationalised and private banks in India provide educational loans for Overseas education. All necessary documents will be given to students who want to avail the educational loan facility


11. How much stay back will I get?

As per the prevailing rules of Govt. of France, any Indian student completing a BAC+5 masters, and getting 120 ECTS credits, can get a 1 year visa extension. As per the recent MoU’s between Govt. of India and Govt. of France, all such students who have got their visa’s extended for 1 year post study can extend it by one more additional year. This makes it a total of 2 years stay back post successful completion of study.

However, kindly note that, IDRAC India Centre is the exclusive Training Partner of IDRAC Business School, France. Student visa will be processed as per the prevailing French Visa Rules. IDRAC India Centre or its Employees do not guarantee/ assure Visa clearance and or work permit to any student as it is based on laws and policies of France which can change from time to time.


12. Can I work Part Time?

Yes, as student and also during the extension period, you are permitted to work for 20 hours per week at a place of your choice after you formally get selected by the workplace in-charge/ owner.
